In the sixties and seventies rubber fork gaiters have been standard equipment to many motorcycles - from BSA to Honda and Zündapp. These protected the fork from dust and dirt and helped to give the bike a classic look. Today gaiters are a indispensable design feature for old school and vintage custombikes and even for dynamic cafe racers.
Dock66 now offers fork gaiters for Harley-Davidson® Sportsters with short 39mm-fork. They also fit some other motorcycles with 39mm stanchion tubes and short range of spring.
These black fork gaiters can be fixed by plastic zip ties or stainless hose clamps (not included) if desired. They come in pairs.
They are not for standard Sportster but for Low, Hugger, Forty-Eight, Nightster und Custom Sportsters with short 39mm fork.
These measure about 130 mm long, with a 37 mm opening at the top and a 60 mm opening at the bottom.
