This service kit is designed for Harley-Davidson Evolution Motors and combines all essential components required for a complete oil service, including additional maintenance parts. In addition to engine oil, the kit also contains specially matched primary oil for the clutch case as well as transmission oil in the correct viscosity for Big Twin models. It is completed with spark plugs that are matched to the requirements of the Evo engine.
The included oils are formulated for their respective applications and take into account the different demands of engine, primary drive, and transmission in terms of lubrication and temperature resistance. All components are designed for straightforward use during regular service work. The kit is suitable for maintenance intervals as well as technical inspections before longer rides. Compatibility with the specific model and year should be checked prior to installation.
ATTENTION: Models with an additional oil cooler require more than 3 liters of engine oil. Separate 1-liter bottles of SAE 20W-50 are available in our shop.

The oil: Vspec 20W50 mineral oil has been developed to reliably protect air-cooled Harley engines and ensure long-lasting, stable lubrication, optimum protection against deposits, wear, and thermal stress – with comparable performance to Harley original oil (OEM oil 62600042). It meets or exceeds JASO MA/2 and API SM Standards.
Please note:
Change the oil in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's service intervals.
Do not mix with synthetic or semi-synthetic oils unless approved.
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

We accept used engine and gear oil purchased from us for free return in the same quantity and ensure proper disposal. Returns also include oil filters and oil-contaminated waste generated during oil changes (e.g., rags, cloths). Important: Used oil must not be mixed with other fluids (e.g., brake fluid, coolant). Contaminated oil requiring special disposal may incur additional costs! Returns can be made directly at our shipping warehouse or – at your own risk and with shipping costs covered – sent back by mail.
