Since 2010, motorcycles have been rebuilt and refined in the KlassikKustoms forge. For this purpose, a large part of the conversion parts are handmade. DOCK66 has now collaborated with KlassikKustoms to develop some of the finest parts as a small batch - available exclusively from us!
The "Holy Cyclops" tail light is designed in the style of the 1960s chopper, but much smaller and with the technical possibilities of today. It is made of stainless steel with a polished finish and is especially suitable for welding to sissy bars. Each of the parts is individually handmade in Germany, so you get an individual part, beyond mass production. Smaller deviations from the surface finish or purely optical are possible and wanted. This taillight is exclusively made in small series, so you will rarely find it on another mopet.
The small 19mm LED insert is a taillight with brake light function and has an E-approval, thus registration-free mountable on the motorcycle. The current LED technology provides despite the small dimensions - hardly larger than a 2-cent piece - for contemporary brightness and legal usability. Can be used for the usual 12V on-board voltage.
The taillight has no bracket or screw connection. The LED insert is included but not mounted so that it does not melt during welding. The opening in the taillight is turned to fit exactly for the insert. When mounting, you can still improve the hold with a drop of hot glue if needed.
NOTE: The finish is currently gloss polished, in the picture it is rather brushed. Who would like to have a "smoke" or "clear" taillight insert instead of red, please let us know at "Note" in the order. We will exchange this free of charge.
