Semi matte black license plate holder with two possible angles to incline the license plate, made possible by the supplied rubber pads. Includes mounting hardware such as bolts and nuts. The three holes fit Harley-Davidson® fenders from 1984-2022 (please compare dimensions), whose license plate holder is screwed above the taillight. It allows the license plate to lay flat if desired.
